If you order a subscription to Selling Power magazine (https://www.sellingpower.com/magazine/subscribe) or if you purchase a product through the Shop (http://sellingpower.mybigcommerce.com/), we use secure third-party intermediaries, Authorize.net for magazine subscriptions and BigCommerce for Shop purchases, to collect all financial and billing information and to manage the credit card processing. These intermediaries are solely links in the distribution chain, and are not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. By ordering a subscription or making a purchase in the Shop you acknowledge that we are bound by Authorize.net’s privacy policy (https://www.authorize.net/company/privacy/) or BigCommerce’s privacy policy (https://www.bigcommerce.com/privacy/) (each an “Intermediary Policy”) and that to the extent applicable, you agree to be bound by the applicable  Intermediary Policy as well. You consent to and authorize Selling Power to share your Personal Information and billing information with the applicable Intermediary to the extent necessary to process your order or purchase.

We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information (“Aggregated Information”) from our visitors.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
We will not sell or rent your Personal Information, including visitor e-mail addresses, to anyone. We will share your information if you have opted-in to receive communications from a third-party provider of Services you signed up for on the Site. To update your contact information, enter in the updated information and select update profile. To delete your profile select delete my profile at the bottom of your profile page. Access Your Information

SellingPower.com complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not direct any communication to children nor do we knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. Security and Data Storage

If you ask Selling Power to delete your record, your record will be deactivated and then deleted from our user database within 72 hours.
